Booking Sessions and Studio Policies

Booking your session 

The session fee is due at time of session. Sessions last between 45-75 minutes, 

which will be guaranteed to you by the photographer. Venmo, cash or check are accepted. 

If you have to reschedule your session 

please give at least 48 hours notice, or you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

Ordering your prints 

You will have 7 days to view your images online. In that time, you will be able to

order your prints and special products. I will make sure to have your online 

gallery operating correctly for you to view and order.  I will also provide an 

ordering session to meet with you in person, if needed. Ordering can be 

stressful, so I am happy to help you make your decisions. 

Copyright 

NATALIE CLAIR PHOTOGRAPHY owns the copyright to all images. It is 

illegal to copy, scan, or reproduce photographs or digital images created 

by NATALIE CLAIR PHOTOGRAPHY without written print release. 

Performance

If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other 

casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, 

or due to Photographer’s illness, then the Photographer shall give a full 

refund or reschedule the portrait sitting. The Client shall not have any further 

liability with respect to the Agreement.
